I thought it was time for a new layout, featuring a butterfly. 
The index freebies are now on the sidebar, and were updated yesterday. *nods* I also uploaded the layout cards for this layout and the previous one - everyone can take both!
I’m almost done with the new games system - it should be up by tomorrow. I’ll also try to get the Shop up and working.
On a final note, I fixed the link to the Archives (at the bottom of this page), so if you want to go back to previous updates that you may have missed, you can do so.

You can take a total of 6 (no more than 2 from a set), and comment. If you mention a card set that you would like to see made, I will prioritize it, and you will see it in the next card sets update.
I’m working on getting the games updated soon. Don’t forget that the freebies up top are still updated weekly.

I have not forgotten Kingdom Animalia. I’ve been running this site for over 4 years now, and I do not intend on closing the site.
There will be a delay in updates, as I’m working on my other tcg. I also need to work on the next version of Card Manager, which I’ve been neglecting 
Anyway. I know a lot of people have quit. Those of you who are staying, I appreciate your dedication. There will be major updates in the future (ideally in the next couple of weeks). I won’t make any empty promises, but please don’t give up on Kingdom Animalia!

Posted by MandiHi, everyone - sorry about being MIA for a while. If you haven’t already noticed, the freebies up top are automatically updated every week (by a script). These are not randomly chosen - I took all the suggestions I’d received at the forum, chose 6 cards for each of them, and then put them into a queue in the script, which is now cycling through them.
I finally have my automated games script finished up, and will be installing it here soon. The games are not actually automated - I will still be making game images and such, it’s just that I’ll upload them all at once, and then the script will cycle through them (like with the freebies).
I’ll put something on the main page that will let you know when the games/freebies have been updated by the script.
Icera over at So Magical has made/distributed a similar script. My code is completely different from hers, but if you’re a tcg owner and are interested in something like this, I would check that out.
Hopefully everyone is ok with this automated updating script. Honestly, the results will be the same, it’s just that now if I’m out of town or whatever, the games will still be updated by the script (unless it runs out of uploaded rounds while I am gone). I could have just switched everything over to the script and not told you guys, and you wouldn’t have noticed, hehe
